The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

Return the original item (following the return process).
Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
